WORK EXPERIENCE

Applebee’s, San Diego CA, 2003-2007
Hired as a ‘To-Go’ or Car-side Specialist, I was intrigued by the Food Expeditor position and sought to be promoted.  This included mastering all line cook positions from appetizers and salads to sandwiches and burgers to broil and prep work.  Food Expeditor duties included the supervision of all other cook positions as well as the plate presentation of every order.  Denied BOH Asst. Manager position due to corporate buyout and the changes in business structure that ensued.

Gala Catering, Maui & Oahu HI, 2010
Hired originally as assistant prop foods cook for Pretend Wife Production’s “Just Go With It” (2011), I was finished with the job in a week and asked to stay on for the rest of the production.  Within two weeks I was asked to take on a Craft Service Position as well.  Duties included but were not limited to: cooking for and catering 2 meals and 2 snacks a day for upwards of 2k+ crew and extras, 2nd and 3rd meal emergency prep for “talent”, Alternative Diet Meal creation, on-set  distribution of meals and foods, orders and transactions from vendors, etc.
